Rustem Zagidullin: You can get free help through the application «Resident Card of the Republic of Tatarstan»
Since September 1, free legal assistance has been available in Tatarstan in the mobile application «Resident Card of the Republic of Tatarstan».
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin announced the innovation live on the air of the Regional Control Center of the Tatarstan.
A new section «Legal assistance» has appeared in the application. There you can find information about free legal assistance and contact the State Legal Bureau electronically.
«Appeals from citizens are already being received, most often with questions about real estate registration, enforcement proceedings and lending», - the minister said.
Rustem Zagidullin drew the attention of viewers to the fact that the law defines a list of categories of citizens who can apply for free legal assistance.
These are low-income citizens, disabled persons of groups I and II, Great Patriotic War participants, heroes of Russia, orphans and disabled children, rehabilitated citizens, as well as SMO participants and their families.
According to the Minister, last year 2.5 thousand citizens applied for help, and in the first half of this year their number has already exceeded 2.7 thousand people.
