The following can apply for legal assistance:

· Group I and II disabled persons,

· GPW participants,

· SMO fighters and their families,

· Heroes of Russia,

· orphans and disabled children, as well as other categories of citizens.

A bill has also been submitted to the State Duma that expands this category and includes large families.
