At the session of the Cabinet of Ministers discussed the logistics of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed "on institutional, including logistical support activities of the magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan".
At the meeting, a statement was made by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Kurmanov. In his speech, the Minister provided comprehensive information on a number of issues related to improving the conditions of placement of magistrates, in particular, to hold the capital and current repairs of the buildings and premises of the Court of magistrates; the selection and placement of staff in the Office of justices of the peace; to organize retraining and improving the qualifications of justices of the peace and their staff; the justices of the material means and the judicial sectors of computer and office equipment.
In a report to the Minister the positive dynamics was observed in enforcing court of justices of the peace, as office space and equipment.
In particular, in the renovated premises that meet the necessary requirements for the administration of Justice, have moved in the last year, the justices of the streets of Vakhitovsky, Soviet regions of Kazan, Arsk, Bugulminskogo, Laish, Mamadyšskogo, Drožžanovskogo, and Čeremšanskogo Vysokaya areas
Despite the positive points of deployment of justices of the peace in certain cities and regions of the Republic the judicial sectors posting issues remain unresolved.
The meeting discussed the allocation of premises for accommodation of magistrates and their staff workers in the municipal districts of the Republic, as many of the justices thus far are close or unsuitable for the administration of Justice.
