Provision of guidance and advice to local government Zainskogo municipal district

October 22, 2013, officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, legal M.M. Ibatovym left in Zainsky district of the city with the aim of providing guidance and advice to the local authorities.
During his stay in the workshop, with the participation of senior officials of the Presidency of the Council and of the Executive Committee of the district, as well as Secretaries of Executive Committees of rural settlements, during which the Deputy Minister M.M. Ibatov described in detail the changes in the law on local self-government, drew attention to issues relating to the timely posting of normative legal acts on the official website of the municipal area.
During his stay in the region was the inspection of the activity of the Administrative Commission and implementation of the provisions of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on empowering local government municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State authority of the Republic of Tatarstan, by definition, the list of officers authorised to make up protocols on administrative offences". The inspection gives recommendations on Elimination of the revealed deficiencies.
On the same day, the Deputy Minister of Justice M.M Ibatov held a personal reception of Zainskogo municipal district population. Citizens were interested in issues of business support, asked the powers of local authorities, have complained of problems in the field of housing and communal services.
