The Ministry of Justice has studied the implementation of transferred powers and activities of the state program in the Leninogorsk region
The Ministry of Justice has been designated as the authorized body for the implementation of the three transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan by local governments.
On the issues of exercising powers, the Ministry regularly provides legal and methodological support to local governments, holds seminars and meetings, training of officials, as well as off-site events.
Thus, the Ministry's employees conducted an on-site study of the implementation of powers by local governments of the Leninogorsk municipal district to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register, create and organize the activities of the administrative commission and determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
For 2023 and for 9 months of the current year, more than 2 thousand regulatory legal acts of the Leninogorsk district, as well as 208 additional information to them, were received for inclusion in the register.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of activities of the State Program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Based on the results of the study of the activities of local government bodies of the Leninogorsk district, Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting aimed at improving the quality of municipal rule-making.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the district Sergey Timakov, heads of settlements, as well as employees of the Council and the Executive Committee of the municipal district.
Summing up, Mukharryam Ibyatov also familiarized representatives of the district with the most significant innovations in the legislation on local self-government.
