Video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Mamadysh and Mendeleyevsky municipal districts
In pursuance of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan», in accordance with the approved schedule, the Ministry holds video receptions of heads of rural settlements.
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Mamadysh and Mendeleyevsky municipal districts was held.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Mamadysh Municipal District Rishat Samigullin, Deputy Head of the Mendeleyevsky Municipal District Leysan Galeeva, heads of rural settlements that are part of the municipal districts, as well as employees of the Ministry.
During the video reception, the heads of settlements were informed about the most significant changes in legislation, about sending acts to the municipal register and their publication on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan, about the implementation of transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as about the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
Particular attention at the event was paid to the issue of bringing the charters of municipalities into compliance with the legislation.
At the end of the video reception, the Deputy Minister of Justice noted the importance of such events. «The common goal of the Ministry and municipalities is to create conditions for the professional growth of municipal employees, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced staff turnover», - Mukharryam Mansurovich summarized.
