The results of normative activity were considered in Bugulminsky district
As part of providing legal and methodological support to local government bodies, the Ministry of Justice continues to conduct off-site events for a detailed analysis of the work of the municipality.
The next such meeting was held in the Bugulminsky municipal district by the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by the head of the apparatus of the District Council Leysan Minnikayeva, heads of settlements, as well as employees of local government bodies of the municipal district.
Mukharryam Ibyatov discussed with representatives of the district the performance indicators for sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them to the municipal register, bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, fulfilling non-property requirements, etc.
For 9 months of 2024, local government bodies of the Bugulminsky district published 428 municipal acts subject to inclusion in the register on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since 2018, based on the recommendations of the AIS «Codex», contradictions with legislation have been eliminated in 790 acts of the district, or 72% of those identified.
«Regulatory legal acts are a fundamental institution for regulating public relations. Accounting, systematization and control over their compliance with current legislation are a significant tool for protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens», - the Deputy Minister noted, summing up the results.
