Every week, at the republican branch of the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Giniatullov holds citizen receptions.
During the next reception, Rafael Giniatullov provided legal assistance in the form of consultations and drafting documents for authorized bodies to 8 participants in a special military operation and their family members on issues related to inheritance and recognizing an heir as unworthy, challenging paternity, receiving monetary allowance, recognizing a citizen as missing and passing a military medical commission.
It should be noted that the employees of the State Legal Bureau work daily to ensure the availability of free legal assistance, the necessary support and assistance in resolving legal issues for military personnel and their family members.
