The Ministry of Justice reviewed the results of the rule-making activities of the Rybno-Slobodsky District
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting in the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district aimed at improving the quality of municipal rule-making.
The Ministry of Justice introduced the practice of off-site events with a detailed analysis of the work of the municipality in order to provide legal and methodological support to local governments.
The event, which took place in the Rybno-Slobodsky district, was attended by the head of the Executive Committee of the district Danis Satdinov, heads of settlements, as well as employees of local government bodies of the municipal district.
Mukharryam Ibyatov discussed with representatives of the district the performance indicators for bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them to the municipal register, fulfilling non-property requirements, etc.
For 10 months of 2024, local government bodies of the Rybno-Slobodsky district published 505 municipal acts subject to inclusion in the register on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since 2018, based on the recommendations of the AIS «Codex», contradictions with legislation have been eliminated in 777 district acts, or 86% of those identified.
«A detailed analysis of the indicators of municipalities allows the Ministry to provide targeted assistance to local governments on topical issues of rule-making», - the Deputy Minister noted.
