The Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University has launched training for heads of rural settlements under the program «Modern Approaches to Rural Settlement Management».
The program is attended by, among others, employees of the Ministry of Justice, whose lectures cover the topic «New in the legislation on local self-government».
On November 11, 2024, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov and Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support for Local Government Bodies Albert Kamalutdinov delivered a lecture to heads of rural settlements. The speech touched upon issues of bringing the charters of municipalities in line with the law, pension provision for municipal employees, establishing local taxes, etc.
The importance of such events for municipal employees was outlined by Mukharryam Ibyatov, according to whom «Knowledge of the law is the foundation on which effective management of a rural settlement and the well-being of its residents are built».
