Summing up the results of work on the implementation of individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
A meeting on the implementation of individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them by local governments based on the results of 9 months of 2024 was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov on the «VK Calls» platform.
The event was attended by representatives of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
The results of their activities were reported by the head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government Gulnara Kasymova.
The senior inspector of the department for the organization of enforcement proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Alfiya Sagdeeva presented information on the collection of fines by force.
During the discussion of the indicators for the collection of fines, representatives of the administrative commissions of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Alekseevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuga, and Nizhnekamsky municipal districts were heard.
