Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
A video conference meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov to monitor the execution of non-property claims and court decisions, the debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by the head of the specialized department of bailiffs in the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Interregional (Specialized) Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia - Zhanna Samoilova, responsible persons of the republican executive authorities, municipal districts, urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for maintaining and recording non-property claims and court decisions.
The results for the third quarter of this year were reported by the head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government - Gulnara Kasymova.
The Deputy Minister heard the responsible persons of the Tukaevsky, Zelenodolsky and Buinsky municipal districts. Attention was drawn to the need for correct accounting and timely reconciliation of the execution of non-property claims.
