The Ministry of Justice has studied the implementation of transferred powers and activities of the state program in the Almetyevsk region
The Ministry of Justice, in accordance with the schedule of on-site events, continues to study the implementation of the transferred state powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register.
The powers have been exercised since 2016 by local governments of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a visit to study this work in the Almetyevsk district.
For 2023 and for 10 months of the current year, about 2 thousand regulatory legal acts, as well as 550 additional pieces of information to them, were received from the Almetyevsk district for inclusion in the register.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of activities of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problem issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the implementation of state powers and activities of the state program.
