Almost 500 SMO participants and their family members received free legal assistance in Tatarstan
Over the first ten months of 2024, almost 500 participants in the special military operation and their family members in Tatarstan applied for free legal assistance. This became known at the All-Russian conference on the provision of free legal assistance to participants in the special military operation, organized with the participation of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The participants of the conference highlighted a significant increase in the number of requests throughout the country, which confirms the high demand for this support. As noted, «the work being done is enormous, useful and very important for each of the participants in the special military operation, their family members and, of course, our Motherland as a whole».
In Tatarstan, during the specified period, employees of the State Legal Bureau provided about 400 oral and over 60 written consultations, and also prepared more than 80 legal documents.
We remind you that the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan operates in Kazan on the territory of the Justice Quarter, as well as in the urban-type settlement of Bogatye Saby. Free legal assistance is provided in accordance with the republican law «On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the state program «Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
