At the session of the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan

October 24, 2013 at the forty-fifth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M. Kurmanov introduced the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
1. To amend article 14 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on the public service of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The monthly remuneration for the post of Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, in accordance with the applicable law is determined in the amount of 0.7 from the remuneration of Federal Minister posts. The Bill proposes to depart from this principle and that the size of the monthly remuneration for the post of Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan is the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The draft law is aimed at preventing the escalation of the Republican budget and maintaining the total remuneration to substitute public office in the Republic.
2. About repealing some legislative acts (provisions of legislative acts) of the Republic of Tatarstan on empowering local governments separate legislative Government authority in the field of housing and communal services.
The Bill was prepared in connection with the amendment of the housing code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on Affairs of State control (supervision) and municipal control.
3. Amendments to the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Bill has been drafted in order to preserve the valuable agricultural land. The project proposed for inclusion in the list of especially valuable productive agricultural land, the use of which for other purposes is not allowed.
