The Committee on law and order considered issues of conducting anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts at a meeting

The issues of conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts were discussed at a meeting of the Committee on law and order and the expert council under the committee in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Gomzik reported on the anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts in the republican executive bodies at the meeting.

«During the first 9 months of 2024, legal and anti-corruption examination of 1802 draft regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was conducted, - he said, - including 113 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, 69 draft decrees of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, 1620 draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Corruption factors were identified in 12 draft documents. The republican executive authorities have conducted an anti-corruption examination of 1,416 projects and 399 regulatory legal acts, in 18 of which corruption-causing factors were identified».

The first deputy minister also noted that in 2023 and 10 months of 2024, the Ministry conducted an examination of more than 45 thousand municipal acts, in 655 of which 950 corruption-causing factors were identified.

In addition, the Ministry has been designated as the base for the internship platform «Anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts. Development of draft regulatory legal acts» for training specialists of legal services of the republican executive authorities and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan.

«16 state civil servants and 6 municipal employees completed the internship. In total, 42 civil servants and 77 municipal employees have completed the internship since 2018», - Ilya Aleksandrovich added.
