At a meeting of the Council of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiyev reported on the results of the Ministry's work in the field of material, technical, organizational, methodological and financial support for the activities of justices of the peace of the republic in 2024. In his report, he noted the significant progress achieved thanks to the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
«Thanks to the state program, the long-standing problem of placing court stations in the Derbyshki microdistrict was resolved. In december of this year, the Ministry received a building with a total area of 479 square meters. Marat Faridovich also added that by the end of the year, it is planned to carry out cosmetic repairs in the building to improve the working conditions of justices of the peace. In addition, the issue of placing the court station of the justice of the peace in the Muslyumovsky district was raised. Already in the first quarter of 2025, the justice of the peace and his staff will move to a new building that will provide them with decent working conditions», - he said.
An important aspect of the safety of the work of justices of the peace and their staff is equipping the court stations with modern technical security equipment. All buildings are equipped with stationary and portable metal detectors, internal and external surveillance cameras, panic buttons and access control systems, which creates a safe environment for employees and visitors to the court areas.
The Deputy Minister also drew attention to the growing popularity of the electronic document submission service. «Over 114 thousand applications were submitted in the first nine months of 2024, which is more than twice the same figure for 2023», - he noted.
