At the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State building and local self-government

October 29, 2013, Aksubaevskom area held a Committee meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on State building and local self-government. At the meeting, the Committee discussed the problems of local self-government, inter alia, addressed the issue of the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan for personnel services in local government in the Aksubaevskom area.
One of the items on the agenda was the discussion of the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on executive bodies of State power of the Republic of Tatarstan, who presented the Deputy Minister of Justice, head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on Legal Affairs M.M. Ibatov. The Bill was approved by the members of the Committee and adopted a resolution in which the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan is recommended to take it in the first and third readings.
