Representatives of municipalities and the leaders of parliamentary factions United Russia discussed the problems of municipalities

October 30, 2013, in the Conference Hall of the "Kazan" seminar on the theme: "the role of Deputy associations in solving urgent problems of municipalities", organized by the Republican public movement "Tatarstan-Novy Vek and Deputy of the United Russia faction in the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminars were Deputy Heads of municipalities and the leaders of parliamentary factions United Russia representative bodies of local self-government.
At the seminar were made by the representatives of the State bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies, legal M.M. Ibatov, who voiced the topical issues relating to transformation and change the boundaries of municipalities, holding gatherings, referendums, the issuance of municipal regulations.
The statement of the Deputy Minister M.M. Ibatov was paid to the issue of the need to identify the views of the population in parts of the transformation and the change of boundaries of settlements in the order established by the legislation.
On the basis of the information in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the practice of considering projects of municipal regulations relating to the above issues, the participants of the seminar received recommendations to address deficiencies in the preparation of the necessary documents.
