Regularly throughout the year, specialists from the State Law Bureau of Tatarstan travel to various districts of the republic to provide legal consultations to privileged categories of the population. Such visits are carried out within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan".
Field work has significantly expanded the geography of free legal services, thereby increasing the availability of legal support for residents of remote settlements. Over the year, 25 visits were organized, covering many districts of the republic, including Apastovsky, Atninsky, Buinsky, Baltasinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmorsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Novosheshminsky and Rybno-Slobodskoy districts.
In 2024, qualified legal consultations were provided to almost 130 residents of the republic's districts. Most often, military personnel and their family members, disabled people of the first and second groups, as well as large families sought help. The most popular issues were those related to land and housing legislation, as well as inheritance law. Residents were actively interested in the registration of housing rights for their children, the establishment and fulfillment of alimony obligations, as well as the receipt of lump-sum payments for participants in a special military operation. Traditionally, employees of the State Legal Bureau also take part in the days of providing free legal assistance to residents of the republic, organized by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference. In this format, 12 receptions were held, at which 78 people received assistance.
