The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan reminds about the procedure for posting texts of judicial decisions on the Internet
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan draws the attention of residents of the republic to the fact that in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 22, 2008 № 262-FZ «On ensuring access to information on the activities of courts in the Russian Federation», judicial acts must be published on the official website of the relevant court, in the Republic of Tatarstan - this is the Official portal of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the department of organizational and legal support for the activities of justices of the peace of the department, Adelya Badreeva, clarified that the Portal contains information about cases in court: registration numbers of cases, their names or subject of the dispute, information about the participants in the trial, information about the progress of cases in court, as well as information about the issuance of judicial acts based on the results of the consideration of cases.
«Exceptions are judicial acts that contain information affecting state security, family law relations, the rights of minors and decisions that concern hospitalization», - explained Adelya Vladimirovna.
In other cases, published information about court cases on the Portal of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan is not subject to deletion and is stored in the electronic archive of the Portal.
