The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: Tatarstan residents can receive correspondence from justices of the peace through the State services of the Russian Federation
Residents of the republic registered on the unified portal of state and municipal services can receive court notices and documents attached to them, copies of court decisions in electronic form.
Court correspondence is received in the personal account of an individual, sole proprietor, legal entity of the State services of the Russian Federation via secure communication channels.
In order to receive documents from the judicial districts of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan in electronic form through the State services of the Russian Federation portal, it is necessary to go to the subsection «Russian Post» in the notification settings in your personal account, in the «State Post settings» section, and mark «Only electronic letters».
Letters will be sent electronically to your personal account, and they are equal to official delivery. At the same time, the terms for receiving postal correspondence are reduced while maintaining the maximum level of confidentiality.
