The number of enforcement documents sent by Tatarstan justices of the peace to Russian bailiffs in electronic form has increased by 83%
A seminar-meeting dedicated to improving the efficiency of the offices of justices of the peace of the republic was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the training event, issues of electronic interaction of justices of the peace with the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed.
The main topic of the training was the work with the execution of court decisions in the form of an electronic document, as well as the consideration of issues and difficulties that arose during the execution of these decisions. Particular attention was paid to working with the software that is used in all court districts.
As was noted during the seminar, the organization of legal proceedings in court districts is based on the software package «Justices of the Peace», which significantly automates the process of judicial office work. The program simplifies the accounting of case materials, quickly searches for the necessary information and prepares current documentation and statistical reporting. The package also includes modules for SMS-informing, data anonymization, publication of decisions on the portal of justices of the peace and other functions.
One of the significant steps in the development of the software package was the introduction of electronic interaction with the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia. Now, enforcement documents are sent to bailiffs in the form of an electronic document, with tracking of the progress of enforcement proceedings.
The service allows you to reduce the risks of forgery or loss of documents. This is also convenient for residents of our republic. In 2024, more than 177 thousand enforcement documents were sent electronically, which is 83% more than in 2023.
