During the morning show «Zdravstvuite» on the TNV TV channel, the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Gomzik reminded viewers about the work of the «Legal assistance» section in the «Resident Card of the Republic of Tatarstan» application.
The section allows citizens to receive up-to-date information and send electronic requests to the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan. «In order to use the service, you need to install the application on your smartphone. The application is available for download on all popular platforms», - explained Ilya Aleksandrovich.
After installing the application, users can enter the «Legal assistance» section, where important information about free legal services is posted. If necessary, you can immediately submit a request for consultation.
Ilya Aleksandrovich emphasized that all requests are considered by specialists of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan. A citizen receives legal advice in writing on his issue to the e-mail address specified in the request.
The First Deputy Minister also reminded that free legal assistance is provided in accordance with the republican law «On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the state program «Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
The law defines the categories of citizens who are provided with such assistance and the issues they can address. Such categories include, for example, disabled persons of groups I and II, low-income citizens, participants of the SMO and their family members.
