Maxim Borovkov has become the new Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Maxim Sergeevich Borovkov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Recently, changes have occurred in the structure of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan: now the minister has four deputies instead of the previous three. The new deputy minister will oversee issues of interaction with the republican executive authorities in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), administration of income from administrative fines, as well as ensuring the work of the Republican Commission on Minors and the Protection of Their Rights.

Maxim Borovkov has a higher education, graduated from the Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in jurisprudence. His professional career began in the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan, where he worked as an assistant to a judge since 2003, and became a judge in 2009. In 2016-2018, he headed the judicial panel, and from 2018 to 2024, he held the post of chairman of the court.

In addition to Maxim Borovkov, the deputies of the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin are the first deputy Ilya Gomzik, as well as Mukharryam Ibyatov and Marat Nizamiyev.
