Residents of Sabinsky District were provided with free legal assistance
Free legal assistance on pension and social security issues, consumer protection in terms of providing utilities and tax legislation was provided to residents of the Sabinsky district of the republic.
More than 20 people asked legal questions of interest to them and received answers from the chief specialist of the Sabinsky branch of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Rashit Akhunov. The first mobile reception of citizens this year was held at the State Autonomous Institution of Social Services «Leskhozsky boarding house for the elderly and disabled».
In particular, one of the pensioners contacted the chief specialist Rashit Akhunov with a complaint about the small size of his pension. During the conversation, it turned out that he was not credited with a certain period of work, which led to an incorrect calculation of pension payments.
The chief specialist explained to the pensioner that it was necessary to contact the state archive to obtain documents confirming his work activity, and then submit an application to the Social Fund of Russia for recalculation and adjustment of pension accruals.
We remind you that in May 2024, a branch of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan was opened in the village of Bogatye Saby, which made free legal assistance more accessible to residents of the district. This assistance is provided in accordance with the republican law «On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the state program «Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan».
