Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
A video conference meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov to monitor non-property claims and enforcement of court decisions, for which public authorities, state and municipal institutions are debtors for 2024.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Head of the Department - Deputy Senior Bailiff of the Specialized Department of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Interregional (Specialized) Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia - Renar Shaikhraziev, responsible persons of the republican executive authorities, municipal districts, urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for maintaining and recording non-property claims and court decisions.
The results of the work for the reporting period were reported by the Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government - Gulnara Kasymova.
The Deputy Minister heard reports from responsible persons of the Chistopol Municipal District, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Biological Resources.
Attention was drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the filled registers and a responsible attitude to the tasks set. The results of joint work, including interaction with the bailiff service, were announced.
