The Ministry of Justice has studied the implementation of transferred powers and activities of the state program in the Verkhneuslonsky District
The employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted the first on-site study this year of the execution by local government bodies of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of powers to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the municipal register, create and organize the activities of the administrative commission and determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
In 2024, more than 700 regulatory legal acts of the Verkhneuslonsky district, as well as 62 additional information to them, were received for inclusion in the register.
During the event, employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of activities of the State Program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and activities of the state program.
