In Tatarstan, free legal assistance continues to be provided to SMO participants and their families
Every week, within the framework of the agreement concluded between the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation in the Republic, Deputy Head Rafael Giniatullin holds citizen receptions at the foundation's site.
Since the beginning of the month, Rafael Giniatullin has provided assistance to 2️4️ participants in the special military operation and their family members in legal aspects related to the registration of benefits and payments, the procedure for entering into inheritance, conducting an examination to establish identity, as well as housing and social issues.
Such legal assistance includes an explanation of the legislation and the preparation of legal documents.
