The Ministry of Justice studied the execution of the delegated powers and measures of the state program in Tyulyachinsk district
According to the schedule of field events, the Ministry of Justice continues to study the fulfillment of the delegated state powers to collect information required for maintaining the municipal register from rural settlements.
The authority has been exercised since 2016 by local self-government bodies of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a field visit to the Tyulyachinskiy district to study the said work.
Over 400 normative legal acts, as well as 87 additional data to them were received from the Tyulyachinsky district for inclusion in the register in 2024.
During the event the employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the issues of bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation, as well as the implementation of measures of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government bodies and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and measures of the state program.
