The draft law is approved, taking into account the comments of the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan (in agreement with the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan).
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Sabinsky municipal district and municipalities in it "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan).
The draft law is approved, taking into account the comments of the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan (in agreement with the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan).
On amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the prevention of drug and substance abuse "(developer-Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan).
It was decided to send the revised draft law on reopening of the Expert Council.
On amending article 5 of the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan (again), developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Agreed to remove the Bill from consideration, given that its implementation in practice, will not bring the expected results and will not achieve its main objective.
"To give local government municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan, some State authority of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of orphan children and children left without parental care, the number of orphans and children left without parental care, living quarters" (again), developed by the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Agreed to remove the Bill from consideration in connection with the adoption of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amending article 3 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on assurance accommodation of orphans and children left without parental care, and to amend article 8 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on targeted social support for the population in the Republic of Tatarstan ".
