The State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to actively provide free legal assistance to servicemen and their family members

The deputy head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan provides free legal assistance on a weekly basis on the platform of the Foundation «Defenders of the Fatherland» in the Republic. Thus, within the framework of the next reception 19 citizens were received.

Participants of the special military operation and members of their families were provided with legal assistance in the form of oral consultations and drafting of legal documents. The assistance concerned various issues, such as alimony obligations and enforcement proceedings. Advice was also given on entering into inheritance and adopting a child. Assistance was provided in receiving lump sum payments and transfer of medals of the serviceman.

Rafael Giniatullov explained in detail to the servicemen and their relatives the rights they can enjoy, and also helped them to understand the legal intricacies.
