The Ministry of Justice studied the execution of delegated powers and activities of state programs in the Buinsky district
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a field visit to the Buinsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event examined the exercise by local self-government bodies of the region of state powers to collect from settlements the information required to maintain the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan № 92-LRT dated November 3, 2015, local self-government bodies of municipal areas of the Republic of Tatarstan collect from rural/ urban settlements and send to the Ministry of Justice the information required to maintain the municipal register.
Over 800 regulatory legal acts, as well as 39 additional data to them were received from the Buinskiy municipal district for inclusion in the register for 2024 and for two months of the current year.
In the course of the event, the employees of the legal service of the Buinsky district were provided with legal assistance on the issues of implementation of measures of the State Programs «Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan» and «Implementation of Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan», as well as bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation.
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and implementation of rule-making activities.
