In Tatarstan, more than 4.6 thousand appeals were processed through the «VPRAVE.RF» portal
Today the final meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of Russia was held, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin. One of the issues discussed at the meeting was the functioning of the state platform of free legal aid «VPRAVE.RF».
«VPRAVE.RF» is an information system «Legal Aid» created by the Ministry of Justice of Russia. It is a unified solution for effective interaction between citizens and providers of free legal aid.
Thanks to the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic, Tatarstan became one of the pilot regions where the portal was launched in test mode. The regulatory and legal base is constantly updated, which makes it possible to achieve completeness of information. The portal already contains 260 different life situations, allowing the user to independently understand legal issues related to, for example, pensions, inheritance and the use of maternity capital.
The portal also provides document templates, informative articles and answers to frequently asked questions. Convenient navigation allows to get systematized, up-to-date and accessible legal information with a high degree of visualization.
Since the beginning of testing of the portal, the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan has processed more than 4.6 thousand appeals.
Recall, the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan, established at the end of 2022, receives residents of the republic on the territory of the «Justice Quarter», which was opened in August 2022 by Rais of Tatarstan and Minister of Justice of Russia Konstantin Chuichenko. In 2024, a branch of the bureau in Sabinsky district will also become operational.
