A meeting of local government officials, Commissioners make up protocols on administrative offences

November 8, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held to discuss the question of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, administrative commissions and the enforcement of decisions on the imposition of administrative fines.
The meeting was held by videoconference involving all municipal boroughs and urban districts of the Republic.
A report on the performance of local government officials, Commissioners make up protocols on administrative offences, was made by the head of Department of legal support and control in the sphere of local self-government bodies of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.A. Podtelkov. The results were presented in the report of the local government officials on the results of 9 months of this year, and special attention is paid to the municipalities in which the activities of the designated officials to develop protocols organized not at an adequate level.
During the meeting, Deputy Minister-head of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.M. Ibatov, who conducted the meeting, discussed with the individual municipalities of reasons not to function effectively passed to the public powers and the ways of solving this problem.
On the need for greater interaction of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with the administrative commissions and the enforcement of decisions on the imposition of administrative fines made Deputy Head of the Organization of administrative legislation policing Organization Management and interaction with the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and bodies of local self-government, of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, A. M. Nazikov.
In the framework of the meeting of the Deputy Minister M.M. Ibatov raised the issue of the status of the vzyskaemosti administrative fines imposed by administrative commissions of the municipal districts and urban districts. Based on the results of the meeting of the local authorities have been given appropriate advice.
