Youth of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan developed their skills at the School of Young Trade Union Leader
The Palace of Labor of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the educational program of the School of Young Trade Union Leader «Trade Union. Team. Leader».
The event was attended by Ralia Garifullina, Head of Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, member of the Youth Council of the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the two-day rich program the participants discussed the realities and prospects of youth policy development, issues of social partnership and collective bargaining, development of youth competence and many others.
Recall that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2024 № 309 «On national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and in the future up to 203» in Russia there is a National Project «Youth and Children». The project is aimed at creating a favorable environment for the development of young people between the ages of 14 and 35. Special attention is paid to supporting talented young people, including young professionals.
