Video reception of heads of rural settlements within Muslyumovsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal districts
In pursuance of the State Program «Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan» in accordance with the approved schedule the Ministry holds video receptions of heads of rural settlements.
On March 27, 2025 under the guidance of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Muslyumovsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal districts of the Republic was held.
The event was attended by Azat Akhmetzyanov, Deputy Head of the Muslyumovsk municipal district, Alexander Umnikov, Deputy Head of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, heads of rural settlements within the Muslyumovsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal districts, as well as employees of the Ministry.
During the video reception, the heads of settlements were informed about the most significant changes in legislation, the implementation of transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as the execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
Special attention at the event was paid to the issues related to the harmonization of municipal normative legal acts, including charters of municipal entities in accordance with the legislation, sending acts to the municipal register by settlements and their publication on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, «normative legal acts serve as a basis for regulation of public relations. Their registration, systematization and ensuring compliance with the current legislation are important measures to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens».
