Meeting on the fulfillment of non-property requirements

Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held on the organization of work and completion of reporting information on the execution of claims and court decisions of a non-property nature, debtors of which are republican executive authorities, local authorities, state and municipal institutions.

The event was attended by persons responsible for providing reporting information and filling in reporting forms and registers related to non-property claims and court decisions.

Attention was drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the registers to be filled in and responsible attitude to the tasks set. Further ways of interaction with public authorities in this direction were outlined.
