The Ministry of Justice has studied the execution of the transferred powers for maintaining the municipal register in Aksubayevsky district

Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted an off-site event to study the performance by local governments of the Aksubayevsky municipal district of the authority to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The powers have been exercised by the municipal districts of the republic since 2016 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 3, 2015 № 92-LRT.

In 2024 and 2 months of this year, the Ministry received more than 700 regulatory legal acts of the Aksubayevsky district, as well as 114 additional information to them, for inclusion in the register.

During the event, the staff of the legal service of the district received legal assistance on bringing municipal acts into line with the law, sending regulatory legal acts and additional information to them in the municipal register, and more.

Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local governments, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the performance of state powers.
