Video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Nurlatsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts
On March 28, 2025, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, the next video reception of the heads of rural settlements of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The event was attended by the heads of the Nurlatsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts, responsible officials of local governments, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support for local governments, reviewed the most significant legislative changes affecting local government, answered questions from the heads of settlements, and also highlighted the issue of compliance of municipal charters with legislation.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal register management, Raliya Garifullina, informed the heads about the situation related to sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into line with the law, as well as publishing acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Natalia Arzamastseva, a leading adviser to the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local self-government, raised the issue of the implementation of transferred state powers, the preparation of protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility and the enforcement of court decisions on non-property claims.
At the end of the event, Muharryam Ibyatov emphasized the need for timely updating of municipal regulatory legal acts. According to the Deputy Minister of Justice, «high—quality rulemaking is the key to effective governance at the local level, which allows us to adapt legislation to current realities and ensure the well-being of residents».
