The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan participates in advanced training of municipal officials within the framework of the VSHGMU program
In pursuance of the State Program «Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan», the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of KFU implements a program of advanced training for deputy heads of executive committees of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Three groups of trainees have already been trained this year, and a total of six groups are planned. The training program covers the most important issues encountered in the day-to-day activities of deputy heads of executive committees of rural settlements, such as social services, dealing with citizens appeals, record keeping, land and property relations and many others.
The speaker of the training program from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register.
Within the framework of the training, the head of the department discloses the legal basis for the activities of local self-government bodies, as well as the issues of accounting and bringing municipal normative legal acts into compliance with the legislation.
The program provides for final certification in the form of electronic testing.
