First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilya Aleksandrovich Gomzik, in an interview on Radio Tatarstan spoke about how the process of anti-corruption examination of documents is organized and in what cases ordinary citizens are allowed to participate in this work.
He noted that Tatarstan has a state program «Implementation of anti-corruption policy of RT», which is one of the key documents in the field of prevention of corruption offenses.
Ilya Alexandrovich emphasized that Tatarstan is among the leaders in the introduction of anti-corruption technologies and institutions in Russia. Special attention is paid to independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and their drafts.
«Since 2016, thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, a republican contest of experts on independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and projects has been held in Tatarstan. To participate in the independent expertise it is necessary to be accredited by the Ministry of Justice of Russia», - said the first deputy minister.
At the moment 30 people are accredited in Tatarstan: 29 individuals and 1 legal entity. The contest is held annually, and applications from experts are accepted from October 1 to October 30.
