Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, is inscribed on the Electronic Honor Board of Civil Servants of Tatarstan.
Under Raliya Rasykhovna leadership, a comprehensive work on keeping the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out.
The register ensures accounting and relevance of normative documents, increases accessibility of information for citizens, and simplifies the work of authorities on compliance of acts with the legislation.
In 2024, 35,252 acts and more than 2,900 additional data on them were included in the municipal register.
More than 28,000 data in the register were systematized. 15,075 up-to-date versions of municipal acts were created. Legal examination of 26,533 municipal acts was carried out.
Raliya Rasykhovna actively uses information technologies in the work of the department. The municipal register is integrated with the Official Legal Information Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the RPA robot has been introduced into the work of keeping the register. In 2024, 80% of acts will be included in the system in automatic mode.
