Today an open lecture «Russia in the context of the formation of a new world order» was held. Igor Bikeev - speaker of the Russian Society «Znanie», first vice-rector - vice-rector for scientific work of Kazan Innovation University, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan - addressed the staff of the Ministry.

Igor Izmaylovich emphasized that the world is currently experiencing global events that are changing its image. He noted that the epochal shifts taking place related to the special military operation have an impact on the international situation.
