A resident of Naberezhnye Chelny thanked the office of a justice of the peace in Tatarstan
For patience, kindness and simply for human support came a letter of gratitude to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic.
The author of the letter shared her deep gratitude to the specialist of the 2nd category and the head of the clerical office of the judicial district № 10 of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The woman reported that she is a disabled person of group I. Given her physical limitations, the woman had to rely on remote forms of counseling, most often by telephone. She emphasized that the staff of the apparatus is distinguished by an exceptional level of communication culture, always polite and friendly, attentive to each of her appeals.
«I constantly consult with the staff on the phone. They have never once been rude, moreover, they have shown inconceivable patience and kindness, consulting me and giving me advice. For me, as a disabled person, this is very worthwhile», - the letter reads.
