Departure to the city of Naberezhnye Chelny
On April 16, 2025 the head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government Gulnara Kasymova carried out a field visit to the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny in order to provide legal support on the implementation of state powers of the Republic to create and organize the activities of the administrative commission and determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offences.
In the course of the event the organizational work of the city administrative commission, its interaction with territorial departments of the federal bailiff service, as well as the order of organization of authorized persons to draw up protocols on administrative offences was studied.
The paperwork of responsible persons in this area was studied, including organizational work carried out in automatic mode, participation in the meeting of the administrative commission was taken, topical issues were discussed with responsible persons.
