In Kazan, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, participants of the special military operation were provided with free legal assistance
Free legal assistance on the issues of obtaining a certificate of a combat veteran, passing the military medical commission, suspension of credit obligations, the procedure for registration of the due payments and benefits was provided to the participants of the special military operation in the Republican Scientific and Practical Trauma Center.
Representatives of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan, the Military Commissariat of the Republic, the Republican Clinical Hospital, the Tatarstan branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, and the Bar Association of the Republic answered the questions of the fighters.
«Legal assistance is provided in certain cases free of charge, based on the provisions of the republican law and within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan». For the first quarter of 2025, 441 servicemen have already received such assistance», - said Mars Fatkullin, head of the State Legal Bureau. This is already our 3rd such field event on the territory of the Republican Clinical Hospital. Every two weeks we try to organize reception of the participants of the special military operation, who undergo treatment in Kazan», - he added.
In the activities of the State Legal Bureau, special attention is paid to providing legal support to servicemen and their families. In addition to organizing field events, Deputy Head of the Legal Bureau Rafael Giniatullov receives citizens weekly, every Thursday, in the republican branch of the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation. According to the results of the first quarter, 117 people were received there.
