In Tatarstan, 2,712 municipal support measures are provided for participants of the special military operation and their families
On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan there are benefits and social support measures provided to the participants of the special military operation and their family members. Many support measures are established at the municipal level as well. The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan keeps records of the relevant normative legal acts, provides legal assistance in their development and introduction of necessary amendments to the existing documents. Mukharryam Ibyatov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, told about it today at the press conference in «Tatar-Inform».
«Given the lack of legal personnel in a number of districts, we are taking a more systematic approach to the issue of development, systematization and compliance of municipal acts with legislation, - said Mukharryam Mansurovich. As of April 1 of this year, the municipal register includes information on 2,712 support measures of 16 types», - he specified.
Among the types of support is the exemption of participants of the special military operation and members of their families from paying the means of self-assessment. Such benefits are granted in most municipalities by decisions of citizens' gatherings.
There are 3,118 settlements in Tatarstan, of which in 1,829 or 59% of cases the decisions adopted by local residents provide for the provision of benefits to this category of persons. By the beginning of 2025, the total number of such decisions reached 1,863. Benefits are provided in 39 municipal districts of the Republic.
