The Ministry of Justice studied rulemaking and development of municipal service in Zelenodolsk district
Employees of the Ministry of Justice conducted a field visit to the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event examined the exercise by local self-government bodies of the region of state powers to collect from settlements the information required to maintain the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Pursuant to the Law of the Republic № 92-LRT dated November 3, 2015, local self-government bodies of municipal areas of the Republic collect from rural settlements and send to the Ministry of Justice the information required to maintain the municipal register.
For 2024 and 3 months of the current year, the Ministry received more than 2 thousand regulatory legal acts of the Zelenodolsk district for inclusion in the register, as well as 13 additional data to them.
During the event the employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on the issues of implementation of the measures of the State Program «Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan», as well as bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation.
Problematic issues were discussed with the responsible persons of local self-government bodies, recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and implementation of rulemaking activities.
