The results of the work on execution by public authorities of claims and court decisions of non-property nature were considered
In the videoconference mode the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed the results of work on the execution of claims and court decisions of non-property nature by public authorities.
The event was attended by Zhanna Samoylova, Head of the Specialized Department of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Interregional (specialized) Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia, responsible persons of the republican executive authorities, municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Acting head of the department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government Natalia Arzamastseva reported on the work done, special attention was paid to public authorities, where according to the results of work for the first quarter of this year there was an increase in the claims of non-property nature.
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov heard the reports of representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Biological Resources, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aksubaevsky municipal district and the administration of the city of Kazan.
Mukharryam Ibyatov also noted the importance of providing reliable information and responsible approach to the fulfillment of tasks.
During the meeting, successful examples of joint work were voiced, especially in terms of cooperation with the bailiff service, which contributes to increased transparency and efficiency of execution of court decisions.
